Refund Policy

At Singing Asura, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

 

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

2. Reporting an Issue

 

If you experience any of the above issues, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Without photo evidence, we may not be able to process your request.

3. Resolution

 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost

  • A refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

5. Order Issues & Delivery Problems

 

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Fulfillment

 

All products are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Printify. We work closely with them to resolve any verified issues.
